See y'all at young womens on Wednesday night. We are going to do the craft we were hoping to do at camp, but, were rained out. It is going to be fun and will be a continuation of our camp theme, Find The Beauty inside!!

GIRLS CAMP 2010 Find The Beauty Inside
Well, my darlings. This was a very WET, very WONDERFUL, very AWESOME girls camp. I had SO much fun and I hope that you all did also!!
Day 1, meet in the stake center parking lot---venturing into the great unknown.
We set up camp, ate our sack lunches, put together our hygene kits. Decorated our flags!!! F.B.I.!! Next, stake camp certification in CPR, etc. Later that night we found out what "DESTINY" was, went to bed and endured some major rain... EVERYONE GETS WET!! We do musical tents and the leaders end up sleeping in their cars!! very cold... very wet.. very fun, crazy first day.
Day 2, up bright and early. Amber wet and cold, shivering to the bone, barely enough firewood to make a fire, had our breakfast, head up for flag ceremony. INCREDIBLY HARD HIKE!!! What the heck?? People throwing up, passing out, etc. BUT WE ALL MADE IT!!! WOO HOO!!!. During hike, Anna (broken leg), McKayla and Natalya deliver our secret sister gifts (spy glasses in a top secret envelope.. VERY cute!! Thanks Kristal) Onto eating lunch then putting together our service project for the NICU (Newborn Intensive Care Unit)--didn't you just LOVE those blankets?? After that we decorated our L.O.L T-Shirts!! Sheree's car Dies!! We jump her car and she drives back home.. We are all TOTALLY EXHAUSTED FROM THE HIKE, but the day has just begun!! Onto the games the stake had for us; The ropes-faith walk, water balloon volleyball and kickball. Dinner from the stake and Destiny. We were in charge of taking down the flag; there was a tiny struggle with the flag (sort of giggling about that Gabs, Whit and Brookey-sorry), but, you finally accomplished it!! Continued learning HAND IN HAND (camp song) then back to our campfire and FALL INTO BED!!! Whitney having terrible allergies and cries herself to sleep (poooor Whitney)... Another night of RAIN!!! Not everyone gets wet this night, only a few people!! Yee-Haw!! Leaders sleep in cars again as our sleeping bags and bed rolls are being used by the girls so they have something dry to sleep with!!
Day 3, up bright and early!! flag ceremony!! Sheree Returns with a new battery for her car!! YEA!! This is our WARD DAY!! MAN we had SO many games planned for you guys!! I mean TONS of games, unfortunately, by 10:30, it was a torrential rain storm, so, Kristal and the girls were in the main tent and the leaders were in Sheree's Car (which, unfortunately had died again-Sheree very sad). We try to jump Sheree's car during the rain storm and burn a hole in the hood of Shelly Sawyers car! WHAT THE HECK!! Brady shows up and fixes Sheree's car!! HER HERO!!, Dinner with the Bishop Paul Thatcher and 2nd counsellor Joe Anderson. After Destiny, where all the girls held hands and sang "hand in hand" to the priesthod and other visitors, we retired to our camp and for the first time in 3 days, it wasn't raining. It was COLD but we had the most AMAZING testimony meeting ever!!! Girls I LOVE YOU ALL and am SO proud of you and your accomplishments up at camp. No drama, No fighting, No inappropriate behavior, No unkind words. Everyone got along and acted like sisters. Thank you for such a wonderful testimony meeting. We retire to bed where Sariah isn't feeling well and her tent partners keep her up til after midnight, but, eventually fall asleep!!
Day 4. Up bright and early, Flag ceremony, clean bathrooms, break camp, drive home, pick up our stuff off of Sister Cheryl Brooks lawn. AHHHH SLEEP IN OUR OWN BED!!!
Honestly, I could do it all over again!! LOVE YOU GUYS!!!
